I was late for my 2 pm appt and got to the office at 2:25 - so late for a one hour appt! I thought for sure I’d need to come back another day, but the whole office staff switched their work around and to be able to see me in a timely manner. Most other offices would have made me reschedule (with good reason) but Sophia’s office was able to accommodate me seamlessly. Also, a shout out to Cindy the hygienist who is very skilled and cool under pressure. All in all, a very successful visit. Thank you! Definitely five stars! - Beth Clark-Gareca
Just had my first visit with Dr Kladias. I don’t impress easily, yet I walked away pretty impressed. It’s obvious how much she cares about patients and I came away with more information than all the other dentists I've ever seen put together. In these exceptionally troublesome days of Covid-19, I am hesitant to go to appointments of various kinds, but Dr. Kladius's office is the exception. It seems everything that can possibly be done to insure patient safety is in place. The entire staff is very professional, yet friendly, as is always the case... but the Covid protections are above and beyond what I have seen at other professional offices. I would ordinarily award a 5 star rating. For their exceptional effort at safety during this time, I would award a 6 if I could!! - Kristea Kratzer

This office is clean/immaculate. I didn't do the finger wipe dust check for the first time in many years as there wasn't a need. I'm old. I've had one okay dentist in my life (for about 5 years). The rest ... go from a recent ratings around 2 and worse. My bite was much worse until I went to Dr. Kladias to get a hole I managed to make through years of wear and grinding. She and her super assistant were ... well ... super. She did 2 or 3 things never done before and it made a difference. They check the bite BEFORE doing a filling and AFTER. It's the first time I had a filling that didn't hurt (not even a little) after. With my prior DDS, I was nervous going in every time after a little work had been done. With Dr. Kladias (I went in not long ago for an initial exam), no waking up worrying at night about what's going to go wrong. I've been going to dentists (like it or not) for decades. I understand procedures. Dr. Kladias explained everything. (Also different from prior DDS.) No pain. Close to home. Great assistant. New technology that appears to work (why in the world don't other DDS in the business for years do what she does?) I am thankful. - John D. 8-6-24

Dr. Kladias is an exceptional dentist!
She is incredibly caring and sensitive to her patients. She listens to our questions and explains all the answers in non clinical terms. Her skills are outstanding, she has on a number of occasions managed to save existing teeth forgoing much more extensive dental work. Dr. Kladias and her staff are wonderful. My Granddaughter has been coming since she turned 1. She is now 4 and enjoys coming to her visits. Dr. Kladias makes her feel comfortable and explains everything so she is so relaxed.

"We have been with Dr. Sophia for over 30 years. I have never once been disappointed, in any way, with the professionalism of dentistry by herself or anyone on her team. She is a teacher to her soul and shares information at any level that her patients and staff benefit from. She is a caring, thoughtful person and professional. My appointment today was with her Hygienist Lisa, just excellent care. And then there is the office manager Kim. "We called for an emergency visit. Our granddaughter who is 3 years old hit a table running around and chipped her front tooth and was in pain. So, we called they fit her in. The Dr.Kladias was so wonderful with her. Our Granddaughter has been visiting since she made one year. So, Our Granddaughter is very comfortable with her. She was our brave girl, she let the doctor do her magic and was so good. Our granddaughter was so happy and told the doctor she did a great job and she had no more pain. Keeping our fingers crossed that the bond the doctor put on her stays on until her permanent teeth come in."

"I HATE the dentist but I LOVE Dr Kladias and her staff (Debbie the hygienist and Kim the receptionist). Dr Kladias is so thorough and caring, with her exam and recommendations with any issues. Debbie is great - I only schedule and appt when she is available. Kim is so sweet, she sends appt reminders and bills insurances. If u need a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr Kladias."

So helpful and informative, one of the most thorough examinations I have ever received, and complete explanations of the condition of my teeth and mouth, along with understandable recommendations. Everything was easy, from scheduling, to location of the office, being examined, and checking out. You can tell they care about their patients... they even have cushions on the dentist chair to make you more comfortable! Highly recommend this dentist and office. I will be with them as long as I live in this area.
